We suggest that these steps be done on clean dry hair.


Step #1 Detangle in manageable sections with a seamless wide tooth comb.

This type of comb prevents the hair from snagging on the seams and the wide teeth provides gentle detangling.


Step #2 Create a High Ponytail or Bun

A high ponytail prevents your hair from sticking to your body as you sweat so that you can focus on working out.

Also, tie your hair with seamless ponytail holders to prevent the hair from getting snagged on metal or plastic clasps that hair ties usually have.
